Imagine being a totally famous, totally desirable celebrity. You appear in movies. You’re invited to red carpet events. You receive fan mail. You get swarmed in malls. What if you could create this mayhem at home, with just a couple ingredients. Just like banana bread, right? Well that is exactly what this group of people did.
Last week, in an otherwise normal, unsuspecting mall, somewhere in Virginia, a group plotted and planned a little social exercise. Project Obtain Celeb Status. Thomas Elliot, uses his real name, enlists the help of just a few staged people and succeeded in convincing heaps of people that he was in fact a famous actor. Even mall security want a picture with him.
Their statement of purpose? Do something fun today. Agreed!
